MBSS Benthic Laboratory Processing and Subsampling Certification

This certification requires:

1) Attendance at a brief processing and subsampling training.

2) Passing a hands-on benthic subsampling test.

3) Successfully completing a benthic subsample.

4) Passing a written processing and subsampling taxonomy test.


Training and testing takes place at the Department of Natural Resource's benthic laboratory in Annapolis, Maryland.
